Google Earth Viewer Gadget [BETA]
Any Google Earth or MyMaps content online can now be embedded in your iGoogle home page, or any web page really. My GEarth Viewer gadget loads this data (in its native KML format) and plots it onto a Google Map. The example shown at right is a live display of the October 2007 San Diego wildfires from KPBS-TV, published on Google's MyMaps.
Be aware that this gadget is still in beta-test state, and so is likely to contain a few bugs yet. Also, the release version should support uploads of Google Earth content from your own computer, rather than requiring it already be online.
If you'd like to give it a try, that'd be great!
